After your order is approved, it will be delivered to the cargo within 1-3 business days. A tracking e-mail with the cargo information will be sent to you.

How long does it take for the cargo to arrive?

The delivery time may vary depending on the city you are in. It will usually be with you within 2-5 business days.

Is there a shipping fee?

Periodically, shipping is free for purchases over a certain amount! A fixed shipping fee is applied for orders below.

Will an out-of-stock product come back?

Some products come with limited stock. However, if you add them to your favorites and turn on notifications, we can notify you when they are back in stock!

Can I return the product I purchased?

Yes! You can return your order within 14 days after receiving it. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Can I make an exchange?

We are currently implementing a return + new order system instead of an exchange. You can return the product and re-order the size or model you want.
